We’re all in the customer service business; yes, even Christians! Though we’re not selling a product, we’re representing a company; God’s kingdom on earth as it is in heaven, through the power of the Spirit and the salvation of his son. We have access to God’s word and the world to serve others. In all that we’ve been given, time, talent, resources, and opportunities to serve the world. Good customer service goes a long way. We all look forward to being served and cared for. Serve the customer, don’t try to sell them. When a customer feels listened to and appreciated, and you are part of their experience, they have no problem buying. Bring value in all your endevors. “Whatever you do in words or in deeds, do it all to the glory of God.” It’s not what you are selling that gets people to buy, but how you make them feel. Good customer service is not always perfect, but being able to acknowledge the imperfections and still provide service is the key. Just something to think about. 🤔
