Today’s a new day, with new challenges and new opportunities. It’s a time to see life in a different way; from a different perspective. Yesterday has left the building, and all you have is today. Will you take time to see?

Sometimes I feel that we’re more impressed with our status, roles, and achievements, than God is.

The lonely road. It doesn’t always look attractive; it doesn’t always get the highest praise. It’s often the most misunderstood; and always the scariest.

You know what to do; Now go do it.

Today has been a day of struggle. Not feeling worthy, seeing myself as an imposter, and comparing my work to that of others. Believing that all my blog posts have been a waste of time, and the podcast I created on yesterday will serve no purpose. That’s today’s struggle.

Writing is not glamorous, no one get excited about putting pen to paper. You’re a writer, whew!! exciting! you spend your day thinking, reading, writing. Wow what a life!

Most people live with a scarcity mindset; you don’t move because you fear what the outcome might be, what you might lose, or have to live without.

Go on, get the work done. Don’t stop, stay focused. Endure, find the way, set the sail. But wait! it’s not working. It feels like you’re the only person, the loneliest person, the most unlikely person. Go make it, because we need you today.

After ingesting your daily dose of news, daytime t.v. and social media, are you more hopeful or less? Do you desire to dive off the spring board of opportunities, or hold on for dear life?

Keep moving forward, keep showing up, keep practicing. Don’t stop, don’t give up, there’s still room at the table, there’s purpose in the work, and there’s a hope that it will find its audience.
