What will you do today?

What are you going to say today that wasn’t said yesterday? What are you going to write today that wasn’t written yesterday? What will you sing today that you didn’t sing on yesterday? What will you paint today that wasn’t painted yesterday? What will you do today?

Will you continue to…

Will you continue to write when no one’s reading? Will you continue to paint when no one’s seeing? Will you continue to speak when no one’s listening? Will you continue to post when no one’s liking? Will you continue to ship when no one’s receiving? Will you continue to show up when no one’s showing? Will you continue to care when no one’s caring?

Corner Man

Do you have a corner man? When the upper cuts, jabs, left and right hooks of life start taking its toll mentally as well as physically, where do you go?

A corner man is so important when facing life’s battles and uncertainties. Like in boxing, a cornerman watches to see the strengths and weaknesses of the opposing fighter. They assess the strengths and weaknesses of the opposing fighter and relays that information the best way possible back to his fighter

Like a corner man in boxing, we two need a corner man to come along and assist, replenish, and remind us we can face life and downs, and to remind us that the battle is not our, but the lord. The constant blows of life can take its toll. It can cause us to lose focus, give up, and walk away

When Jesus left the grave clothes in the tomb, we literally said “I ain’t going to needing this!”
