Fear sabotages our moving forward because of the what if’s. What if this happens, what if people don’t get it, what if you fail, what if they don’t like it, what if they don’t like you!

Sitting in Half Price Books looking, and observing the many books a thought acured to me! What is the outcome I’m looking for? What do I hope to find? Will it get me to the next level? Will it keep me moving forward? Will it give me some new found knowledge? Or maybe I should do my the work, with no regards to the outcome.

Leaders lead, managers manage. Leaders lead those that want to go, managers make sure those are keeping with compliance, “if you don’t comply then you won’t be here!” leaders inspire those to be the best, managers make sure the rules are meet regardless of those wanting to or not.

I don’t know, something is better than nothing. What will your something be today? It may not be your best work, it might not win you a prize, but it might just power you to the next level!

Successful writing requires the good, the bad, and the ugly. My ugly writing, leads to bad writing, which leads to good writing. The funny thing is that was just for today, it’s starts all over tomorrow.

Discouragement happens to all of us, It’s like having a flat tire, it seems to happen at the most inappropriate time.

The deadliest weapon known to man is the little piece of flesh sitting inside his mouth: his tongue. It has destroyed marriages and ended friendships. It has started wars and ended lives. It has severed parent-child relationships and has falsely accused. It has degraded women and disrespected men.

The Bible states in Proverbs 18:21: “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it will eat its fruit. Question: which fruit do you love the most? 🍑🍓🍒🍌🍉🍍🍇🍎🍊 what words will you speak today: death or life? The power rests within you. 👅
